GHAIDEMS is a multi-disciplinary team with long term experience working in education and development, who are looking to have a greater impact across Africa. Our origins in academia have given us an appreciation of deep understanding and knowledge, which translates into a preference for long term collaborations rather than quick fixes. Our drive for impact leads us to search for practical solutions rather than ivory tower studies.

GHADEMS seeks to foster a culture which supports individual initiative whenever feasible. This does not only pertain to professional initiative, but also the overall environment of the workplace.
